You used a personal Google account. Sign in with your @octane-tech.io address — that is the only domain allowed.

Your Octane account exists but has been switched off, usually after a role change. IT can switch it back on.

You closed the Google window before it finished. Nothing was saved and nothing broke — start again.

Google returned an error instead of an identity. This is almost always temporary — try once more, then tell IT.
